  • We just saw a young man strolling the NorthPointe Grounds with a friend; he was wearing his Cap and Gown. Congratulations to ALL NorthPointe residents who are graduating this June, from elementary school, middle school, high school, and college. Wishing you all the best during these challenging times. Stay safe; stay strong; stay committed to the pursuit of your dreams. Peace, Jackie (0 comments) Jackie Haessly  |  June 4, 2020

  • LOVING the beautiful hearts that NorthPointe staff Jodie and Krista provided to us to bring joy to us and to those who wander by and see these hearts. IF you have not received your hearts yet, be sure to contact Jodie and Krista. When taking your daily walk within the apartment complex, look for the heart display on the pool windows; when walking outdoors, look for the hearts displayed in the windows of various residents' homes. • Dan thought that he saw a coyote Thursday night, Nov 14 around 11:30 PM; the coyote (if this) was hovering around the shrubbery near the driveway behind the courtyard when Dan opened patio door to take our dog Sunny out for a walk. The coyote (if this) took off from the shrubbery and ran toward the river when Dan walked outside. Please be on the lookout, and be careful with small pets and small children. • Hello Everyone, My husband Dennis and I (and our dog and cat), moved in yesterday. We are really glad we were finally able to make the dates and availability work. Jodi, Krista and Jeff could not have made this easier. The various people we've met as we moved in answered any little logistical questions we had. We feel welcomed. We love our place and plan to be in the Northpointe community a long time. (4 comments) Janet Kwiatkowski  |  April 28, 2019

  • Hi neighbors! I have an idea, and want to know what you think. I seen these "free libraries" in some neighborhoods. Outside, they will make a little box on a post where neighbors can "take one & leave one". We have a big neighborhood. I'd love to start one of these in the Wi-Fi lounge if Stuartco allows it. Some could donate an used bookcase and we all could contribute. Being in the Wi-Fi lounge, it would be locked and just for us. I have a dozen or more books to start. • It’s hard to believe, on the 6 of March 2016 I will have lived here, 17 years. I was a job transfer from Las Vegas, (yea I know, why did I leave Las Vegas). I remember the company travel agent, I told him that we are closing the office in Las Vegas, on February 26, and I need fly out March 6. When I went to check in at the airport they told me that I was late. I was 2 hours early. The ticket agent said no your 7 day late. I called back our travel agent and he said that there is one seat left, so he had to book me on the last seat available. Come to my surprise it was in First Class. On board with me was my 35-pound cat, and my Box Turtle in my pocket. I have enjoyed myself here at NorthePointe the 17 years that I have lived here; this was the first place that I looked at, and I fell in love. Even though I was dragged around Milwaukee to look at other places, I had already made up my mind. I enjoy the wildlife, and living right by Milwaukee River is a sanctuary. Thank You NorthePointe, friends, people I say Hi to in the hallways. Champion! Forrest (1 comments) Forrest Waymire  |  February 19, 2016
